K M Laundry & Dry Cleaning

The laundry I had used previously closed during the pandemic. Finding another good one wasn’t easy, but K&M turned out to be the best!! They pick up, and deliver the laundry the next day, nicely folded, and smelling great!! And the price is reasonable! What more could anyone want?? I’ve never used them for dry cleaning or alterations, but based on the laundry experience would not hesitate to try them!

Horrible service! They literally didn’t wash my sheets I clearly can see and it doesn’t smell like detergent at all.

Lost my laundry. First said simple mix up, and when the person who got mine returned it, all would be well. 5 days later, they then say they OUTSOURCE the laundry to a third party, and they lost it. Do they have a tracking system? No. Do they have a phone number I can reach them? No. Their response? Give me a few weeks, hopefully it turns up. Demanding cash. They offered no solutions. Save yourself the headache, much better prices and service less than a block in any direction.

Never use laundry services!!!!! Ruined all our clothes. New in neighborhood and tried the laundry service 3 days ago. They shrank all of our clothes. 3 pairs of pants and 2 shirts 1 whole size down !! Unable to wear. $800 of clothes ruined. No apologies from mother or daughter! I asked for owners name to complain and so far they haven’t provided it! They said they are separate business from dry cleaning. They did not care or offer my $10 back. I had to ask for it and then they gave it! These clothes had been washed and dried in home machines for years and were not delicate or were dry cleaning materials. Vintage Cotton T-shirt’s and reformation stretch pants. Don’t have dry cleaning experience from here ... not worth the risk.

This place is great! I've been taking my laundry there for almost one year and they have yet to lose any clothing or not have my clothes ready when promised. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
