Once I dropped over a cardigan to get cleaned and they stitched a small hole on the collar that I never mentioned at no charge. They are adorable, friendly and do a great job.

Smells like old body grease clothes. My husband sent suits here to be dry cleaned. First time thought it was his suit because it was old. Recently sent a brand new suit and it started smelling like it’s been worn for years. Do others notice this smell? You can’t smell at the store because too many factors.
