New Spring Cleaners

Warning post: Damaged my coat This place might be fine for wash and fold, but I stupidly took a luxury item in for a repair and dry clean. The item was a Burberry coat, and a precious gift. I wanted to get a freshen up after Winter, and to repair a small hole in the pocket. They were completely careless with this, and have spoilt the value of the coat. The hole was pea sized and in the pocket - I have no idea what the heck they did to it. When they saw me clock their “work” they panicked and told me to leave it there for free. I wasn’t willing to do this, considering it was already the second time I was returning with the same item. Also note they double charged me. Exercise caution. (I took it further down the block to a different tailor, and they were shocked).

I have been using their wash and fold service for years and never had a single issue. They pick up and deliver for free, and are extremely friendly. They even remember my name, which is amazing considering how many customers they have. Couldn’t recommend New Spring Cleaners more highly.

I am a first time client of New Spring Cleaners. They did a fine job of tailoring my work uniform comprised of trousers, a blazer, long and shirt sleeve shirts. The staff was friendly and the tailoring was completed on schedule. I will definitely come back for future work.

Great service and very friendly team, I’m grateful for how thoughtful the team is on both the cleaning and the delivery. They always try to accomodate fast turn around and delivery when needed, and communicate incredibly well. The clothes comes back fresh and I have never had an issue. New Spring Cleaners is amazing! They’re always super fast and reliable—pick up and drop-off are right on time, and everything comes back perfectly clean and neatly folded. We even give them our own detergent, and they handle it no problem. Couldn’t be happier!
