The Cleaners IO

Went here about a year ago based on reviews. Took in a silk gown and when I came to pick it up they had stapled a tag right into the dress literally ruining it. When I reached out they just apologized and promised they’d never do something like that again. Needless to say I never went back. But now a year later and they have even more all five star reviews so I figured why not try again, it must’ve been a one time bad mistake. I dropped off three pieces. When I came to pick up the clothes they were in a bag tied at the bottom so that the newly cleaned and ironed pieces are now all wrinkled. I pointed it out and the woman just apologized and said to let them know next time not tie up clothes in the bag. When I came home I saw the middle piece wasn’t even properly hung up on the hanger so the top and bottom of piece are all wrinkled and this time a safety pin was just stuck right into the fabric ruining the piece. Anyhow, I realize now why there are all these great reviews. They have a sign offering a discount if you give them a five star google review. Maybe they’re good for wash and fold, but if you have nice clothes that you like maybe don’t go there for dry cleaning and definitely don’t trust all these great reviews.

i’d give them a zero if i could, completely ruined an expensive button up shirt. they don’t know how to handle clothes properly and had nothing to say or offer after destroying my shirt. after reading a review below I just don’t think they know how to handle silk. there excuse was that it’s delicate fabric … yeah… it is…

What great service! They send my my estimated invoice before so I know approximately the price (very reasonable) and took less then a day. Would highly recommend.

I recently moved back to NYC & was in search of my go to dry cleaning spot. Found it! All in all fast great service at competitive prices.

I’ve come here several times for dry cleaning, it’s quick and reasonably priced, never had any issues. Would recommend.
