If I can give it 0 stars, trust me, I would!! I had a very unpleasant experience here on 10/13/23. I have been here 4 times before so for someone who gives them constant business, I was extremely shocked at the treatment I was given. I walked in with a smile and greeted everyone as I usually do. I asked for my long ball-gown dress to be hemmed, and I was taking a few minutes to decide how many inches I wanted trimmed off. The store was empty, but despite this, Louis became visibly upset and annoyed that I did not automatically know how much I wanted hemmed. If there was a line of customers waiting to be serviced, I would understand his “frustration” but I was literally the only customer. And it had only been a FEW minutes. His tone got harsh and louder, he began using aggressive hand gestures when speaking, and he rolled his eyes. I asked him why he was being rude and giving me an attitude. I reminded him that I am a usual customer, and that I deserve professional customer service. I was literally only in the store for 5 minutes at this point; not 30 mins not an hour! I then asked him if he could tighten one part of the dress and this question made him furious. He got visibly mad and began saying no he can’t do it and he won’t do it. I tried to ignore his reaction and keep calm; so I just ask him to explain the reason he does not think it’s a good idea to tighten it so that I can be better informed from his point of view as a tailor. Instead of educating me, he rolled his eyes and walked off. Leaving me alone in the spot!! He then refused to work on my dresses completely and refused to service me. All because I did what customers are expected to do which is ask questions to get insight from the expert they’re receiving services from. I complained to one staff member and the owner of the cleaners. However, they just made excuses for his behavior and told me that he’s been there all morning so he is stressed. I was disappointed in the way they handled the situation because Louis was not held accountable for his actions. There was no action taken by them to handle the issue. If a boss cannot hold his staff accountable when customers express complaints, then this only enables him to think that he can keep treating customers that way. They literally kept giving excuses for him being stressed and tired as a reason to treat someone this way. Very disappointing. One of the staff told me that they have received other complaints about his attitude and his behavior from other customers. However, it seems like nothing is done about it. I was very hurt and disappointed in my experience yesterday. Thank you to the staff member who apologized to me and referred me to a new cleaners. I will not be going back here ever!

Disputing fraudulent charges. 1] u lost my wash n fold + shirts 2] after delay u overcharged me at $5/ shirt 3] u double charged $35 on 2/24 & 2/27 4] I’ve also documented a pattern of fraudulent overcharging by weight cuz I weigh the bags before sending them so … if you’d any shame you’d have credited the amt & apologized but nope. CRIMINAL FRAUDSTERS - LOCK EM UP
