The Laundry Authority

Called this establishment inquiring about drop-off laundry service. The individual on the other end was the kindest, most polite person you could ever hope to speak to; it was like getting a hug from a stranger, but not in a creepy way. These days, good customer service is rare, and being treated with courtesy is even more unheard of.

The absolute best laundry service I have ever used. Exceptional service throughout the entire process from pickup to delivery. Top tier communication and the tightest folds west of the Mississippi. I wouldn't use anyone else.

This isn’t the first time I get my laundry stolen. And the thing that makes me mad is that they still laugh saying “I saw someone else pick it up”. Who’s going to pay my over $500 mattress cover including the first time: my mopping pads? I HAD TO BUT OVER 50 new mopping pads for my cleaning business. Never had an issue of my laundry being stollen over the past 20 years here till this year!

Above and beyond experience! A family member recently died and I had to help their surviving spouse with overwhelming house needs. I contacted Autumn, the owner of the Laundry Authority, with questions about pick up and delivery of laundry. She responded in a very timely manner, laid out all of the costs clearly, and was incredibly helpful during a trying time. She was then very flexible and helpful when I dropped off 150+ pounds of laundry (it completely filled my SUV). She called with updates on particular types of clothing (things that need to be hung on hangers, sorting of men's vs. women's clothes) and then worked closely with me to make sure that laundry was delivered in the timeline expected (and even with text updates from when the clothes would arrive exactly). I cannot say enough how incredible The Laundry Authority is and would recommend them for anyone.

Caution about trusting your clothes to this business. I used the wash and fold services for more than a year with no problems with the quality good. However, I recently had my laundry done and encountered multiple problems with quality. Among other problems, a brand new designer sweatshirt was completely ruined by a significant color alteration and splotches. When brought to their attention they attempted to fix the problem with rewashing but it didn’t work and I am out a $65.00 item. In addition, I later found two pairs of recently purchased jeans and some of shirts with bleach spots. I did not receive an explanation as to what happened to the clothes and no offer of compensation.
