Charged me $11 to dry clean 1 shirt lol. Absolute robbery. Never going there again. Place down the street does if for $3/$4

I wish I had read the two legitimate reviews of this cleaners before using their services. Dropped off 11 items and was given a price. It was expensive but the real kick came when I picked up my order. I was told by an employee the person that gave me the pricing was new, they would not honor my original receipt. The price for 6 men's shirts and 5 women's summer shirts was $141. She told me that was their regular prices. Arguing with her did no good, it was either pay or no laundry. That's almost $13. per item to dry clean. Correct, $13. per item. This place is a very dishonest business, and the most expensive cleaner around. Will never go back and will advise all of my family and friends to go elsewhere.

Gateway Cleaners does not post or share their pricing list with customers. I have been here several times, and pricing has seemed inconsistent for similar items. Recently I went to pick up my clothing and brought the original slip I was given when I dropped off my items. They would not honor the original pricing they gave and charged me extra. The quality of the cleaning is ok, but it's not an honest business practice to tell customers they will be charged one price when they drop off then charge something different when they pick up.

Charged 40.00 for 2 suits (jacket and pants) and 2 dress shirts. Literally the most expensive place in St Louis and it takes 3 days. Never again.
