I just picked up re-stuffed feather pillows. The zipper covers were missing. I asked where they were… they called the owner he did not answer. I left and the owner called and they said they found the covers. I returned and the owner yelled at me and said I should have told him I wanted to keep the covers. He threw them at me. He was rude beyond belief… I will never go back.

I love this place! The owner and staff are always friendly. My clothes come back looking great, and they have a fast turnaround. Will continue going there even when I move out of the area.

Dropped off a load of wash and fold laundry - once I received it all items were stained with blue ink from a pen. Almost 1000$ worth of clothes permanently ruined . Since they folded it they must have noticed and deliberately not told me about it once I stopped in for pickup.

I used their wash and fold. Unfortunately, a new staff member damaged two of my shirts. I was very upset- emailed, called, etc but it was over a weekend that I noticed. When I came in, the owner was very kind and is repairing the clothing. It was an honest mistake and I appreciate the company's dedication to correct the error.

I used this laundry for 100% cotton dress shirts, summer suits, khaki pants, and wool blazers and suits for almost twenty years until I retired. Now I don't have to dress for work so I am an infrequent customer. I recommend Al's without reservation.
