Shire Cleaners

Took my blazer into this cleaners back in early June. Upon return to retrieve my off white/winter white blazer it was an interesting shade of pink. The jacket was beautifully dry cleaned but it was not the color that I originally presented nor did I request that my blazer be altered or dyed, simply dry cleaned. It gets better, the owner of the cleaners says they will attempt to get the jacket back to it's original color (while I was skeptical) I obliged the efforts. Upon returning periodically over several months the jacket’s pink tint began to lighten, but needless to say it was not returned to its original color. I asked to be compensated and was told that “clothes have no value” and was extended a store credit, which I declined. I truly just want to be reimbursed for the replacement cost of my jacket along with a refund for my dry cleaning costs. I have yet to be made whole (3 months later). This situation really sucks and has created a level of anxiety for me. I am considering taking this to small claims court because at this point I feel that the dry cleaners is not being reasonable or responsible for that matter. You have a responsibility as a business to be accountable and honorable. #dyedpink #disappointed

I have used Shire Cleaners many times to clean my clothes--suits, pants, shirts, coats, etc. Their customer service is the best I have seen. They know my name. They are friendly and personable. A couple times, they saw me parking in their lot, and by the time I walked in, my cleaning was hanging there in front for me to pick up--I didn't even have to wait for them to get it from the back! Often my garments are ready early. They text me to let me know when something is ready for pick up. Their cleaning is very good as well. Highly recommended!

Shire is family owned and the owners are simply fantastic. Personal service ~ lovely to everyone ~ they care about their customers and the quality of their service ~ fast return; beautiful cleaning; willing to go the extra mile ~ this is the kind of dry cleaners you want in your neighborhood. I have taken all my dry cleaning to them since they took over at this location and I have never been disappointed.

Always have had great service here. My shirts and slacks have always been cleaned perfectly. Parking is there for only Shire cleaners and only for other businesses that are listed on the signs which is WONDERFUL!! I always have Parking when I go to Shire cleaners.

Excellent service! I love how they remember my name and always have my clothes hanging and ready for me before I even walk in! Very nice and generous as well! Love Shire Cleaners and highly recommend!
