Davis Cleaners

Davis cleaners unwilling to fix their mistake. Went to put one on and noticed some creases. When I brought it back to them for a redo they wanted to charge me. Unbelievable. She said because it was a few weeks ago. I wear a couple suits a week and have 12-15 suits. I’m not someone to try every suit on to check it for mistakes every time I get it from the cleaners. They were great but a business not willing to fix a mistake is not a business I’ll work with. Seek other options if you’re looking for honest and integrity.

Was sent there bc the dry cleaner I used misplaced my clothes and my order ended up there. Walked in and was given a lecture by a girl there. Not sure why she was so upset with me, they were the ones who misplaced my clothes. She was rude to me for no reason. I’m not even sure how my clothes ended up there. I don’t use them to dry clean my stuff.

I absolutely love this establishment! Great customer service & care! They're like family & every event I'm looking crisp & clean! Thank you!

Paid $20 to clean a dress and it still has BO smells in the armpits. 2!stars for a fast response and staff that wasn’t terribly rude. -3 stars for not doing what I paid them to do.

I don't usually give 5 stars for customer service, but everyone whom I encountered at Davis Cleaners deserve a gold star for their courtesy and professionalism! As a first time customer I had no idea what to expect and am so very pleased with their dry cleaning and laundry services. As long as I live in Abq NE Heights, I will be a customer. Thank you and much appreciation for doing an excellent job.
