I brought in a few shirts to get cleaned that I've had for over a year and I've washed them myself several times with no issues - you would think that by taking it to "professionals" they would be o.k. When I picked them up, half of one of the shirts was completely faded (see photos), it was covered in thread pulls (see photo - this was all over the shirt), and the fabric felt rough like it had been starched (which I didn't ask for). It's supposed to be a dark blue but parts are almost totally white (you can see how dark blue its supposed to be in the photo showing underside of pocket). Other shirts that were cleaned as part of this group were covered in tiny flakes of paper/dirt that I had to spend some time removing (lint roller wouldn't remove the stuff) and several shirts are now covered in pills (that were not there prior to Granbury "cleaning" them). When I went back to ask the shop owner what happened to the faded shirt, she blamed the manufacturer, she accused me of bringing in a shirt that was already damaged to scam money out of her, she said it was b/c the shirt was old... everything but "I'm sorry". She said "we washed it according to the tag - in cold water"... first, I took it to be laundered, not washed; second, if that was the reason then why was only half of it faded (and having washed it several times myself prior to this, the dye wouldn't fade all of a sudden unless they did something to make it fade). After arguing for 15 minutes she agreed to only partially refund what I had paid them to "clean" my clothes, which is not even close to the cost of the shirts she ruined, still never saying "sorry". As an interesting side note, I also had some pants being cleaned that I took in separately before the shirt issue, and she told us it would take a week before they were ready. After this issue with my shirts I told her I wanted my pants back b/c I didn't trust them, but I was told she couldn't find them and to come back in the morning... the next morning when we went to pick them up they had miraculously been cleaned a full week earlier than we were told and of course they wanted their money for them. But wait, I thought it would take a week to clean... oh, not when you want them back before they can get your money. I understand that mistakes happen, but sorry goes a lot farther than accusing your customer of trying to cheat you. BEWARE - they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. There are much cleaner, more reputable dry cleaners in town that we will be using from now on. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Granbury used to be very affordable and professional, I never had an issue with them. I used to take stained jeans and shirts and they would try their best to remove the stains (and was successful everytime). As of last year or so they doubled in price and now my items are even worse when I pick them up. These jeans now have brown stains all around the back leather patch. Theyβre in way worse condition. I called and talked to the owner and he told him about the stains and he didnβt even apologize or explain what happened. Iβm done with this place now.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience here recently. We have been coming to this place for the last decade, but during the last few times, the gentleman processing the orders was rude, and not accommodating in the slightest way possible. We asked if 3-5 pieces of clothing could be completed in 3 business days and he said βNo, it will be ready when itβs ready.β (Which was the following day) Following that, we asked if clothes could be folded as they need to be taken for travel, to which he replied βNo, take it somewhere else if you want.β On the day of pickup, we asked if there was any way the order could be ready at 2 pm, instead of 3pm (which was the pickup time told to us), and got a very rude βnoβ back. We ended up picking up the order at 4:30pm the day it was scheduled to be ready. We will be discontinuing our business with this laundry service and will discourage all friends and family from going there.
