I submitted a pair of pants that were torn to be sewn. The first time I had this service done I was charged $10. In turn, I ripped my pants again and took them in to be sewn once again. The rip/tear was the same as initially, but I was charged more plus I was charged $5 additional for cleaning when I never asked for cleaning. I was charged a little over double for the exact same service. Thatβs lousy the way I see it. So, please if you are considering using their services I really suggest you go elsewhere.

Best value cleaner in abq. I drive from santa fe to Master Cleaner in ABQ because it is less than half the price per piece than dry cleaners charge in santa fe.

This place amazingly bad when they make a mistake. Bad attitude, bad policy, and never an apology. Many lies about when they would return it and finally a call from the manager at Davis cleaners saying they were keeping it. They ruined a $300 merino wool duvet by washing it. It shrank to double size from queen, smelled horrible, some fragrance they used to delete the wool smell, I would guess. We could not sleep under it, both have allergies to scents. They asked me to bring it back in so they could see the damage, then tried to keep it after offering a $50 check. I understood the check to be compensation for the cleaning and hassle. No one told me they intended to keep it. It took a month for me to get it back and they would not give it to me until I paid $50. Really bad experience. Donβt take anything you care about to them.

This is really upsetting when I toke my 4 shirt and 5 pants to get cleaned and laundered. The price was outrageous when I picked up! The owner didn't give me a price before handed them in and when I picked up it was more than I expected to pay! I asked her how much was a shirt and pant clean. She said $2.49 a shirt and $4.25 for pants! Are you kidding!! I will never waste my money on them and others should find another Cleaners that does a great job at a decent price!! They are rip offs !!

They do not remove stains on a fabric that they dry clean. They do not care about the fact that they do not have skills to remove stains. Laura at Carlisle shop clearly states it. I strongly recommend that you will not use their services.
