Valet Cleaners

Drove from out of town for my dry cleaning was going to be about 5 mins after they close so I called and spoke with employee to let them know and they ASSURED me it would be fine to pick up the order and when I Arrived at exactly 3:05 they were already closed and locked up. Needless to say I didn’t get my order and I’m frustrated simply because I called them less than 10 minutes before they closed.

Friendly, professional, and accurate. They’ve always honored any requests I may have made, and my clothes have always come back clean, without damage, and at the promised time. They can get a little expensive for specialty items, but the value in their men’s shirts service is unbeatable: the time we save in ironing alone is worth every penny.

Unfortunately customer service was very rude, the person working charged me 4x for some same transaction and refused to give refund. Manager is very kind, proceeded to make amends and correct the charges.

I am so grateful that Valet Cleaners was able to handle my last minute request to get a suit pressed. It was for my Grandmother's funeral and I had a lot to deal with. Thank you for taking some of the stress out of my week!

My husband and I have taken our clothes to this place for over 15 years! They really do a terrific job we have never had to complain about any of their work! Girls there are very friendly and manager is also very nice!! Good job girls 👍!!!
