Laundry Quarters

This place is covered in rules.. it’s kind of killing the laundry mood. I don’t even care about the free dryers because it has something about “if an attendant asks you put clothes together, listen, or you will be asked to leave” It’s kind of ridiculous, and something bout “talking on your cell phone” Um I’d like to leave as soon as my clothes are done. First and last time.

I come here every week and the customer service is usually very good, all the lovely ladies that work here are wonderful but tonight the woman with short hair that was working was very unpleasant. One of the machines had to get turned off because one of my pant lets got caught, I had already filled the machine with quarters and was adding quarters to the one next to it. I already put in 9 quarters and she turned off that machine not the one with the stuck pants and wasted 9 of my quarters($2.25). She then told me she couldn’t do anything for me. Not a good experience, normally great definitely recommend if she’s not the one working.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place except for the disrespect this little old lady who speaks Spanish. Everytime I come here the staff is amazing! Never have problems and when she’s here it seems like she’s ALWAYS trying to kick me out. For no reason. When I ask her for the bosses number or for information how to speak to the hire manager she REFUSES to give me that information.

Great place. Pleanty of machines. Washers are reasonably priced and dryers are free! the attendant is always nice and helpful. Place is clean enough and they have a tv to pass the time.

A good little place that has always been nice to do my laundry at. The dryers are always free..... Staff is courteous and friendly. Clean.
