Angel the owner is amazing! Had a conference at Isleta, and I had grabbed the wrong jacket full of lint. I googled dry cleaners and went here since it was closest. Angel cleaned my jacket in 10 minutes, and made it look brand new. Amazing customer service and ignore the earlier reviews as she told me she is the new owner.

I recently tried out this dry cleaning service and sadly, I cannot recommend it. The atmosphere felt rather ghetto, and the pervasive smell of cigarettes was off-putting right from the start. Customer service was another letdown. The gentleman working on Sundays lacked basic customer service skills. It was challenging to understand him, and the overpowering smell of cigarettes only added to the discomfort. Considering the subpar experience and the strong odor, I would advise saving your money and exploring other options for your dry cleaning needs. I would give zero stars but google makes you give at least 1 star.

The hours are not correct. Here at 8:30 to pick up my DC and completely closed. So much for time manage on a busy day. Post your actual hours on site!

$1.75 a pound for wash and fold services. The clothes came back fresh and folded nicely. It's a little more expensive than another place we use, but it's not very overcrowded. Which would be nice for customers washing their own laundry.

Horrible customer service. Damaged my UGG comforter. Owner was rude and unwilling to take responsibility for ruining my comforter. When it was returned to me, the material was completely ruined and burned in a lot of spots. When I went and asked for a refund, the own was disrespectful and even laughed when I was pointing out the flaws. Will never come back or recommend to anyone else due to the fact that the own refused to take accountability and handled the situation so poorly. The owner has a nasty attitude and the people of the City deserve to know what type of person he is, don’t risk it, spend your money elsewhere.
