Whiting Cleaners

First off, they have always done a fantastic job with my clothes. And most importantly they are the most honest people you could meet. I some how left a $1000 voucher from the casino in my suit jacket. And they found it and handed to me when picking up my clothes. I was mind blown! One that I had no idea it was in there haha and two that they had the honesty to make sure I got it! I even tried to tip them for returning it and they refused. He stated, “it is how I was raised.” I will forever be a loyal customer to them!

I brought in my deceased uncle’s 1970s suit jacket to be cleaned. He had left a lollipop in the inside pocket and it stained the inside lining of the suit but not the outside. I told and showed Whiting cleaners specifically what the issue was when I dropped it off. When I got the suit back they had transferred the stain that was in the inside lining to the outside of the suit thus ruining it! When I asked for my $6.50 back they refused said it was my fault and there was no liability on their part. I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing as I spend at least $500 a year at that establishment and to not refund my $6.50 was ridiculous. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I asked for my suit to be cleaned ahead of the wedding I'm in town for. It was cleaned, but Whiting Cleaners added a crease to them that was never originally there. I didn't want this, and I wasn't asked about it, and that's not cool to do. Hopefully mine will press out elsewhere, but when I mentioned it to a local family member, they described having had a pair of their own pants "ruined" (their word, since it never came out) in this same way.

I brought my son's suit to this cleaners for a dry cleaning and pressing. The suit looks beautiful (even my son noticed!) The service was fast and the employees were friendly and professional. I will definitely return with all my dry cleaning
