Dropped off a dress and a boys suit for cleaning/pressing. Was asked when I needed it, and I asked when can I get it? Then I was asked, when is the event?...?????...Why did that matter? They told me, is Monday (1 week) ok? Since I could tell they were likely busy, and the reviews were so good, I offerred Tuesday (giving a little extra time). That would be 8 full days. I returned that Tuesday late morning, only to find out that a drapery order (which was rushed yet never picked up) took precedence over wedding attire. I was asked to come back later that day, but could not. So, we settled on Wednesday morning. I arrived at 10:45 am, only to find a small handwritten note saying they would return at 11 am. It's now 11:22 and no one has come. Think carefully whether you want to take a chance with this establishment.

Great service and great owners. I hadn't been in for over a year, working remote, owners still remembered me and treated me as if I hadn't been gone. Every time I had an issue they resolved it. Even called when I left a credit card in my shirt pocket.

The most disorganized cleaners I have ever been to. Dropped off a 3 pc suit with dress shirt to be cleaned this past Saturday. She said it wouldn't be ready until today. I came to pick it up, waited for 10 minutes before the owner even came to acknowledge me (she was on the phone), when she did, she took over 15 minutes to find my stuff asking me if each article of clothing was mine. When I got home I noticed the dress shirt wasn't there... Went back and she has no clue where it is. I leave tomorrow for a wedding in Colorado and she didnt seem too concerned.
