Sparkling Clean Coin Laundry

My family has come here often and this was my first time. The building is clean and well kept! The washers work great and the hot water is…hot!! lol. The best part is the owner of the building takes pride in his work and takes it upon himself to take care of his customers. Not only did my clothes get clean, but I got great customer and he was great with my kid too. (She got ice cream and cold water). I was skeptical at first, but I definitely will be coming back more often since I don’t use the washers at my apartment.

The great reviews for this laundromat must be super old, because I went yesterday morning-9/29-early. The place was DISGUSTING. How do you have a 24 hr. laundromat, and not one soul there to monitor it at night? I arrived at 3 am to the FILTH in these pics. Standing dirty water with debris in it, you HAD to walk through it to get to the washers in that section. Obviously, people must have been trampling through it all day. There was trash all over the floors…the floors were HORRIBLE. Some of the washers had the strong smell of mildew. Imagine your freshly washed clothes landing on the floor in there…yeah, you don’t want that.

The only good washers in this place are the ones on the back wall and the six load washers. The ones along the window all smell like mildew, and don't add enough water to the machine. Pretty clean for a laundromat tho. Two of my loads didn't even get washed because it didn't add enough water. $8.50 wasted. Good selection on snacks and a good soap center. Again, the washers along the windows are trash. Also the coin dispensers are horrible for more than anything than five dollars. It is a pain in the a** to get the coins out of the machine. (In response back to the owner, I absolutely did not overload the washers. I like for mine and my daughters clothes to be clean. I have worked on washers before and know not to overload. I spent $50 in there last night. I will spend my money elsewhere. Thanks for the response.) P.S. the coin machine on the right didnt work last night and I do bring my own soap 3 different kinds, 3 different fabric softeners, oxyclean, scent booster and four different kinds of dryer sheets(appreciate the input) just telling it like it is. The washers on the back wall are great and the dryers work very well. The bathrooms were clean.

If you need to go to a laundry mat, go here! The customer service I received was above and beyond what I could have expected. I came with my two toddlers and the owner, Rudy was kind, helpful and generous. He showed me what machine to use, how to use it and even gave me a few extra quarters because I didn't bring enough. I have never needed to do laundry outside of my home but due to unforseen circumstances he turned an awful time into an enjoyable experience. Thank you for treating myself and my children with kindness during a very rough time.
