Today was my first drop-off and I was so impressed with the customer service! I was in a pinch getting my husband’s suit cleaned before a wedding, I called and the owner fit me in before they closed for the weekend. Him and his son were incredibly kind and pretty funny as well. Not to mention, were very sweet with my little boy and offered a lollipop for being so patient. 10/10 would recommend for your cleaning needs.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I came to On the Spot based on other reviews as I needed my suit and pants done the same day. Bernie didn't need a sob story about why I'm a last minute person. He provided over the top customer service and was able to get them back the same day as promised(I did get there shortly after open). The suit and pants looked great when finished. You genuinely can't find service like this anymore anywhere. Please support this local business as I will from now on.

Thorough cleaning, fresh smelling. Owner stated my suit is fully dipped in cleaner. Clothes are spotless!! My PRIOR cleaner only spot cleaned my suit and pants. Highly recommend this cleaner!!
