I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I have used this place since I moved to the west side a year ago They always have very competitive prices and my suit always looks sharp after I take it in. They almost always finish before the quoted time and will text you as soon as your dry cleaning is done. On my most recent trip, I took in a handmade dress that my fiancee's grandmother sewed for her when she was a kid. I asked them to take good care of it as the dress was 20+ years old and we wanted to preserve it. They removed all of the stains, including red Kool-Aid stains, and the dress looks brand new. Very satisfied with the customer service and will be coming back anytime I need something dry cleaned.

I dropped off a baby boy baptism outfit to be dry cleaned and pressed. They charged me 9.98 to clean and press it which I prepaid. On the day of pickup I received a voicemail telling me I owed another $16 at pickup because they undercharged me for it. I decided to immediately go and ask for it back since there was no way I was paying $25 for it to be cleaned. There was no apologies whatsoever and the woman just said it was cleaned but not pressed so you can take it the way it is. I never would have dropped it off if I would have known they were going to charge so much for such a small piece and I definitely did not get what I originally paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want bad service and unapologetic people who clearly don’t care. The woman said just for future reference it’s $25 for baptism outfits before I walked out the door.

Esteem cleaners did an excellent job cleaning two items that had been left sitting for a while. I wasn’t sure they could get them cleaned. When I picked them up, they were like New again. I will use Esteem Cleansers again. And thank you, again.

Excellent service and pricing! I’m so glad I found this place, newer to the area and was using a grocery store dry cleaning service that was expensive and didn’t get my clothes clean. I prefer to support local businesses and it was such a great value, 3 wool skirts and 2 wool blazers for under $35! I told everyone at work about it too and several took their business card from me. I wasn’t compensated for my review nor do I know the owners I just give credit where credit is due.

I have never used a dry cleaner before and went here for my daughter's baptism dress. Little did I know they need more than 2 days for a service like that. They were beyond kind to place the item on a rush for me and get it done and ready for pickup the very next day. They went the extra mile when they didn't need to and I am beyond appreciative of that and the quality work they provided too!
