Tide Cleaners

Horrible quality, 2 suit jackets dry cleaned and both lapels are uneven and meet way below the buttons. One even creased through the center of the button hole. Second time I’ve had problems, very dissatisfied with the quality yet again.

I frequent Tide Cleaners in Brecksville for alterations work. The Seamstress is always willing to personally ensure I know what I’m asking for and therefore get what I expect. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend highly.

Lorna does my alterations and is wonderful here. She shortened a pair of jeans I had with zippers on the sides. The prices are so fair for her services.

My husband is VERY particular about the laundering of his shirts. I have tried various other cleaners before finding Tide cleaners. We are very satisfied with the work and promptness of our laundry and dry cleaning every time. We would strongly recommend!

If you need something important dry cleaned, don’t bring it here! I dropped a dress off for a wedding that I was going to out of town. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Wednesday after 1pm. Safe to say it wasn’t ready! Somehow they lost my dress. The lady at the store was really rude to me when I told her I needed it by Thursday evening. Told me “it’s not back yet, nothing I can do about it.” Called Thursday morning and was told by a man I would get a call when the shipment came in between 12-1pm. Didn’t get a call. After I sent two of my family members there and kept calling until someone finally answered, they let me know the dress was lost. A manager told my dad “we lose stuff all the time we’ll just pay for the dress.” Meanwhile I now have nothing to wear on Thursday evening for a wedding I’m leaving to go out of town for Friday morning. They caused me a huge problem, and after telling me I’d be compensated, I get a call over a week later saying they finally found the dress, but due to to their “30 day policy” I won’t be compensated. So now I am out about $160 (around $80 for the dress they lost and the one I had to buy in replacement) and they won’t compensate me for a dress that was for a wedding that is already over. They handled the situation poorly from beginning to end and I will not be returning.
