Loretto's Dry Cleaners

Not only have their prices increased significantly but my daughter's dress was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. I paid more now with their 25 percent off special than I did last fall for thr sane service. The pleating in his dress is now uneven and it is very wrinkled. Whatever they did ruined the shape of the dress. Both dresses also smell very strongly of chemicals. I've been using this dry cleaners for 6 years and I will not be returning after this experience.

I have been going to them for about 5 years. I bring in my very heavy winter comforter and bed skirt. They dry clean it. Very reasonable price. They remove pet stains. Excellent job. Very friendly service

I have a comforter that I paid over $300 for. The lady kept saying she was going to wash my comforter and I told her I wanted it dry cleaned. As I was leaving, I thought I was getting it dry cleaned. I picked my comforter up, she had washed it and argued with me about the service. Now, my comforter has knots of fabric in it and it will not lay straight on my bed. She ruined my comforter because she did what she wanted to do. She kept saying but it’s only $13. I did not care about the price but I guess she assumed I was poor and couldn’t afford $25 for my comforter even after I told her price doesn’t matter. Will not use them again.
