Edmond Laundromat

This place is filthy! The lady behind the counter was on the phone the entire time I was here. It wouldn’t take much effort to sweep the floors and get rid of a bunch of unnecessary junk lying around. There is no air conditioning here. Soooo hot and it’s not even summer yet. 🤪 Was just down the road at 2nd St Laundry last week. It’s a MUCH better facility.

Features of note - unhelpfully rude management, profoundly disgusting & non-functional bathroom fixtures, and it's not what is expected from such an establishment for the area or the greater Edmond commerce as a whole. Massive vehicle damaging holes across the parking lot, trash and cigarette butts abound, clothes left outside, stains on walls and floors, and disturbing smells are some atmospheric highlights. As far as cost for this wonderful place, it seems as though the machines are around 1 dollar more expensive than every other laundromat on the same street. Go elsewhere. This is an embarrassment to Edmond in the shape of a laundromat.

Owner has a riding horse in there for kids but told the kids that were in here to get off of it, and she also opened the door on our dryer and stopped our clothes from Drying to clean the machines. My underwear fell out of the dryer when she did that. The bathroom is disgusting ,there are no paper towels, and the hand dryer is broken. You have to wait 5 minutes for the toilet to fill Back up After flushing The water in the sink Barley comes out. It’s extremely hot in here. the bill breaker is broken, and only one of the change machines work.

Absolutely not acceptable on any level machine took my money attendant extremely rude and abrasive. Google says they are open until 12 he was pushing us out the door before 10. It's cluttered and dogs inside the building are friendly but stink.

Do not come here. It smells of mold, and a third of the machines don't work. The machine got stuck with quarters cuz theres detergent clogging the money slot. The lady running the place was taking a nap on the ground when I asked for change and accused me of jamming the money slot saying I don't know how to put money in and said I was a problem. Do not go here, nothing is wiped down and she has a dog without a leash or collar roaming around inside.
