Dry clean super center

Staff not friendly. They do not listen. Work is sloppy. I've dealt with them for a few years and they do not smile. They gave me someone else's clothes and kept part of mine. I had to go back and get there error corrected. No apologies, no thanks, just turned on their heel and went back to talking through their ear buds. I won't bother them again and will tell everyone I see about their terrible way of doing business.

I just moved to Edmond in January. I was looking for a good dry cleaner in close proximity. This place is very convenient, so I stopped by for the first time, to try it out. I had such a great experience, I kept dropping off more items! Every single time I go in there, it honestly makes me smile! Apparently, new owners took over about six months ago. This is now a family run operation; not sure who previously owned it. The girl at the front desk is absolutely lovely every time I walk in the door! I couldn't be happier to have found this gem!

Great service and hospitality with reasonable pricing for my first dry cleaning experience. I am thankful they were able to work with me and ensure my suit were cleaned properly and ready when I needed them for pick up! I will definitely be coming back to say the least.

Ruined an entire batch of white clothes. Honest mistake. They admitted they had and we agreed on a replacement amount based on purchase receipts. They dragged out writing a check for a month and then gave me a check for half the amount we agreed to. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while but looking back it just seems shady and I never returned.

Never before have I had to regularly use a dry cleaning service but my guy needs his items looking nice. After quickly discovering that I didn’t have the time to make this happen for him I stumbled upon the Dry Clean Super-center because it was right across the street from the Danforth Walmart location. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly, professional & courteous. They even have a drive-through window where you can drop off items and pick them up! They are always fast and efficient and they will even put your clean items in your car for you during pick up! Anything that I drop off is always ready right on time. In the 18 months that I have weekly used their services they have never once lost or damaged any of our items. Our clothing has actually lasted longer because of the care they use in cleaning them. If you drop it off by 7 am it will be ready that same day by 5pm. Don’t forget... they will recycle their hangers! Also if you feel that you may be a regular customer simply ask for one of their bags to make dropping off easier. I think their prices are extremely reasonable. I’m very thankful that I found this place when I did.
