My mom took four pairs of pants to be hemmed to 27 inches. Cory didn't write anything down. When he did, he wrote the instructions to take in the waist to 27 inches, basically ruining the pants. Scotts solution? They will pay for the pants and give her in store credit for the $80 alterations. As if she (or I) would ever use their services again.

Scott Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaning service in Edmond! I recently visited for the first time, and Cory went above and beyond to make the process seamless. He patiently answered all my questions and got me set up in no time. Cory’s professionalism and dedication to customer service really stood out. It’s clear he’s a valuable part of the team. I have never used a dry cleaner before, and the guy that helped me was really patient and informative/knowledgeable on the process and my items needing cleaned. I really appreciated the amount of information and the time he took to explain things to me! Really great customer service will definitely will used again. Great communication, and friendly.

Scott's Cleaners has been around FOREVER, but this is my 1st time dropping off with them. Cory was very helpful making my drop off easy. I can't wait to see how my coat turns out after it's been cleaned!!
