Rodeo Cleaners

We took our 4 panels of curtains in on Monday evening and Debbie was awesome and had a sense of humor. She called me on Wednesday to let me know my curtains were waiting for pickup. They were so clean. Thank you Debbie for being so kind.

Very friendly! We'd tried several places before finding Rodeo Cleaners to clean my son's JROTC uniform and NONE of them compare to Rodeo Cleaners. Rodeo did a superior job! Will definitely recommend to any & all.

The girls at rodeo are NOTT fault for any ‘cleaning’ problems. We have been with them now over two solid years and at least WKLY DROP OFF and PICk up. They don’t just sit around waiting for stuff to come and then grow it in a bag. They have to inspect for buttons they the CUSTOMER, did not unbutton as they request, they have to sort and tag each load even from one customer whether it is dry clean laundry, starch preference etc. they call us back if the cleaners have a problem with an ‘old ‘ shirt’ or possible tears etc . But, if YOU the CUSTOMER don’t know what to tell them and YOU GET IT WRONG, it’s NOT their fault. On the contrary, these gals will call us and explain if this ‘material’ is suitable for whatever because they know their business and material ! And they care! If You the customer dont know then ASKED THEM! Don’t blame them for your ignorance or lack of knowledge of how to wash. Or you could just call your mother first.

I am not pleased with the quality of the cleaning. One blouse went back, sleeves of my white winter jacket did not completely clean. My cardigan with rabbit fur accessory was not put back the way it was and it seems they’ve ruined it to where it won’t stay put. This is something that went along with my wedding dress and bought it in Germany. Also, I turned in my husbands custom made hat from LIDS to clean for the first time and they have completely ruined that, it looks like I have thrown it just like that in the regular wash Maschine. Never again.
