Mint Locker

I have been using Mint Locker for a few years and multiple locations. I haven't had any issues until lately. Dry cleaning was always really good and promise times are always correct. My last pickup, October 2024, I was very dissatisfied. One of my shirts has a yellow stain going down the shirt from the top button to the second button. I have no idea how they missed that when putting the shirt on a hanger. Photo attached. Just noticed it today because I was going to wear this shirt. I have actually seen this a few time before on other shirts, but never said anything. I would recommend using them to others, but I have to move on to another cleaner who will actually clean the clothes.

I Google searched a “late opening dry cleaner” and found Mint Locker. 24/7 hours?! Skeptical, I drove by the store to seek out if it was a real place... it is. I saw about 5 other people coming to pick up their orders and dropping off bags into lockers. I figured that’s the process and left, got home and set up my Mint Locker account. The next night, I brought my items and placed them into a locker (dress shirt, suit jacket and pants). I texted the number as advised and got a confirmation response. The following morning, I received a text message letting me know that my order was ready for pick up in locker X! The prices are super reasonable and I love the convenience of being able to drop off and pick up when I can; no need to rush to/from work for dry cleaning. Definitely try them out if you need dry cleaning services, there’s so many lockers all around town. FYI, to open the door you’ll need to use your credit card that’s on file for your order.

My first time trying Mint Locker. It’s helpful to download the Mint Locker app prior to going there and inputting all of the required info. I dropped off my clothes in an empty locker, a few hours later I received a message that my clothes were picked up. The next day I received another message that they were being cleaned, then another text that they were on their way back to the locker, and finally a message saying that they are in the locker. I dropped off the clothes on a Sunday and received my whole order back Tuesday afternoon. So fast and so convenient and VERY reasonably priced! I’m so happy I found this place!

Absolutely the best customer service, prices, and services! Sent everything in for a simple press, and they cleaned a shirt for free because they noticed a stain on it! The app is awesome and the actual drop off, pick up is Freaking awesome! Hands down, best place to take your clothing to!

My sister and I have been using Mint Locker for about 2 years now and we've never found a need to go to any other Dry Cleaners as Mint really offers what others already do and don't do. The most impressive service I've received from Mint Locker is them dyeing/recoloring one of my favorite ball caps back to it's original color. I like how they remind you since your last service, guaranteeing fresh clothes and linens all the time.
