Tide Cleaners

I had a not so great experience with Tide Cleaners a couple of weeks ago and I wrote an angry, but accurate review afterwards and posted it. I'm writing an update because I want to be fair to them and their manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right. When I reflect upon good relationships I've had with companies in the past, I can't think of many that never made mistakes or didn't ever cause me any frustration. What made me appreciate them was that they provided good service and when they made a mistake, they endeavored to correct it in a fair and reasonable way. I feel that Chuck, the manager of Tide Cleaners did this in this instance. Good follow up and follow through is huge when it comes to rebuilding trust and that's is what Chuck did. As I stated in my original review, I had been fairly happy with them up to that point. They had provided me with good service, fair prices and attractive coupon offers. I suppose that part of why I was so angry was because my expectations had already been set and the experience was so bad that it completely blew my trust. As of this moment, we're good. Tide will be my go-to dry cleaning and laundry service and I will recommend them to others. Thanks again to Chuck for making things right.

This place is first-rate. Customer service is excellent. Always friendly and courteous to wife and I. Thanks, guys, for taking care of things .The only place I take is my suits and shirts. And with the VIP plan. Having a card on file , let's you pick up anytime through the machine.

Hello, I want to give TIDE Blue Diamond a well deserved thank you. We have been customers for nearly 10 years. The TIDE staff is incredible. Our clothes are always laundered and dry cleaned to perfection. If there is ever a discrepancy, Management always makes it right. Everyone is so easy to talk to and friendly. TIDE always sends coupons to your email. Their kiosk is fantastic. It gives you 24-7 access to your order. Thank you TIDE.😁

Great, friendly and fast service. I've been coming to this location for almost a year now and have never had a problem. If you ever need your clothing dry cleaned just come here, you won't be disappointed.

My Tide Cleaners on Blue Diamond is a "breath of fresh air." Just when I thought personal service had gone by the wayside, I found Tide Cleaners. I can drive up and do my drop off and pick up without ever leaving my car. The service is exceptional and always with a smile. And I LOVE the coupons they offer, it really helps and lets me get my garments cleaned when needed. I'm so happy I found them.
