Super cleaners

As much as I was looking forward to writing a positive review, my experience unfortunately only earned 2 stars. I brought in a very expensive suit to be drycleaned. I specifically pointed out some areas that i wanted them to focus on. When I picked it up, the same wrinkles were still there, as if it was never pressed at all. The employee stated that there was no specific notes as to me mentioning the areas of concern, and that is probably why the wrinkles/creases are still there. If I had the whole suit drycleaned, there should be no unwanted wrinkles or unnecessary creases at all. That's why I had it drycleaned (which includes pressing), right? Looks like my search for a good drycleaning company still continues. ⁰

I brought a jacket here to have a hem fixed after learning that the cleaners across the road outsourced their alteration service. I used that company to clean my jacket and brought my cleaned jacket here (still in the dry cleaning bag) to have it fixed. I explained this to the man at the counter when I dropped it off but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding that resulted in him charging me for a cleaning. I only noticed it on the receipt right before picking it up. I explained this to the woman when picking it up and she informed me that they already cleaned it, but she was willing to waive the cleaning fee to make it right. I appreciate her doing that because she certainly didn't have to since they completed the work. Now, I look forward to using super cleaners for my dry cleaning and alteration services moving forward. Not only do they have great customer service but they also did a great job on the alteration. I love the text communication as well.

I have to rewrite my review. First time there dry cleaning was fine. Just a shirt. Second time there I dropped off a pair of jeans and a shirt. I told her no crease, she put a no crease tag on it. When I picked up my clothes the jeans had a crease in them with the no crease tag on the pants 😐 She told me she would have them dry cleaned again to make sure the crease came out and I said yes, that’s what I would require. I got the pants back yesterday, checked the pants, no crease, or so I thought. Got home and took the pants off their hangers, two pair this time, and there were still creases on the back of the jeans. This told me they did not dry cleaned again and did a very bad job. The second pair of pants had, well both pair also had very hard line/ creases on the side of the pants. I was extremely upset and had to wash them to get all these creases/lines out of my pants. What a waste of money and time. Whomever the presser, they’re very incompetent in their job. I really want my money back so I’m going to talk to my bank about this. I do not recommend this place whatsoever if you don’t want crease and lines that are so hard you have to wash them out. I’m extremely disappointed. I would give zero stars if possible. I wish I would have taken photos it I was so upset I put them in the washer immediately because I just couldn’t go back there again.

I took my jacket to get the size right, the lady was super nice and patient with me. It was ready before promised. Thank you very much!

My first time going to Super Cleaners. Wow, what a great customer service! And they got the makeup stains off of my white Dior jacket and dirt off of the bottom of my Carolina Herrera cream pants. I am super impressed! Great job, Super Cleaners and thank you so much for taking good care of me! Cheers!
