I came to the Dry Cleaners specifically because of the good rating it has, but I’m so disappointed. I had clothes to be picked up today for an event that we’re supposed to be ready yesterday. So if you need some service done in the proper time frame, don’t expect it, or count on it. it’s unprofessional and they don’t respect my time and business. My first and last time doing any business with them I Don’t recommend based on my experience!

They say that they close at 6:30 but in reality they close when ever they want. I took off work early three days in a row. Left the office earlier each day and still barely missed them. And of course they don't answer there phones....I just want my clothes back!

I call but no answer,, I have a trailer, that needs a deep cleaning, when you say your 24/7 , but you not ,

They clean hats! The only cleaner in Vegas that would clean my baseball cap and Indiana Jones style hat, and did an excellent job!
