This place used to be so much better. If you have smth nice, I would not trust this place to clean it. They ruined the brand new blouse. I took it there for stain removal, when I picked it, the stain was still there but on top of it the blouse was torn apart. The manager was almost rude. They kept it for fixing the stitch. They did terrible job and ruined it even more. The staff was defensive, not collaborative at all. Seems like they do not care if the customer is happy with service or not!

I have used this Tide for several years, but my most recent experience has been beyond disappointing. I picked up a very expensive, linen Anthropology blouse only to discover two holes in it – one above each cuff. I brought the blouse back and showed them the damage. The very young woman present was rude, dismissive, and never apologized for what was clearly an error. I demanded a manager call me. When she called, she denied they were holes, said the linen was thin and that this looked like normal wear and tear. Nonsense! It would be nearly impossible for “wear and tear” to occur as holes on each arm at the same time directly following a dry clean. She said she would send the blouse to alterations, insisting it could be fixed. I told her I didn’t know how holes could be fixed without a patch. She assured me it could be done. Sure enough, when the blouse was ready, there was an unsightly patch over each hole with visible, messy stitching across each! I asked to speak to the manager again and asked her if she had seen it. Despite the issues surrounding this blouse, she hadn’t bothered to look. When she did, she stated, “They weren’t supposed to do it that way.” She took the shirt back and said she would send it back to alterations. Now I have to wait another week and a half to see what they are going to do next. Bottom line: Mistakes happen in business. Customer service is handing those mistakes with professionalism, empathy, and care - none of which are evident at this location. Very disappointed and will not be returning when I eventually receive my blouse. I do not recommend.

Honestly a terrible experience. I brought in a comforter to be washed. It wasn’t cheap either, a $500 Ugg comforter from Macys. The either washed it with someone else things or used a dirty washing machine. When it first came back there were black fuzzies embedded all over the blanket that absolutely ruined that soft feel, and that got everywhere. Like an idiot I took it back for them to fix it, they accepted it and cleaned it again. It still has black fuzzies on it but now it also has burn marks from an iron. Those can’t be fixed. In the future I’ll just wast 3 hours of my life at a laundromat and clean it myself. A very disappointing experience.

I have been using tide since 2019 and I absolutely love it. First and foremost it is a bit more expensive than other dry cleaners but I find the value in the convenience. My schedule always made it hard where I’d have to separate my clothes and drop off on days off and pick up on days off or before work because I’d always be off after they closed. Tide made my life easy when I first started using them. My initial location was in Centennial but I moved by this one 2 and 1/2 years ago and nowhere else has touched my clothes or dry clean bedding. I can’t really speak much for the service staff since I rarely bump into them but I have only had good experiences with them. My favorite part about Tide is the anytime pickup/drop off with their express bags. Throw my shirts/pants in the bag as I go throughout my week and drop off whenever I want. Today was the first time since I’ve lived here that their pickup service was closed for maintenance. I’m not even upset by that because I’ve never run into an issue with the service. It’s nice to stop by at 10 or 11 at night with no wait and pick up my clothes on my time rather than adjust and go out of my way during hours.
