Al Phillips The Cleaner

I have used Al Phillips for a few different things; dry cleaning, hemming jeans, and sewing the seams of brand new towels after I ripped them by tearing out the tags. They have always been friendly and easy to communicate with, and I have always been satisfied. They are accurate with their hemming lengths, and also do a great job if you want to keep the original hem on a pair of jeans. They were the only dry cleaners I would trust after I damaged our brand new Pottery Barn towels. The seam looks perfect, and you would never know that they had to be repaired. We will definitely be continuing to go to them for our dry cleaning and tailoring needs.

I cannot believe the complete disregard for quality and customer service at this store. My white coat was returned to me with both burn marks and rips, and yet they had the audacity to claim it was simply ‘wear and tear.’ Absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, Jessica, the supposed store manager, is virtually never present and seems to go out of her way to dodge communication. The response was delayed for a ridiculous three weeks, and when I finally heard back, it was nothing but dismissive excuses. If you value your items and basic customer respect, avoid this place at all costs! I wish i can add negative stars to this post

Al Philips The Cleaner is great! Pretty much can't make it any easier to drop off and pick-up your clothing items. The staff is fantastic. Little to know wait time at all.

Such a great experience! Very quick turnaround and my suits look fantastic. Liz was very kind and extremely efficient with the entire process!

This location has amazing customer service! I unfortunately missed the pick up time for my dry cleaning and had to fly out the next day for my honeymoon. The manager was so kind and accommodated my needs even though it was my fault. I will always bring my dry cleaning needs to this location. I highly recommend them! My clothes come out perfect every time! In fact I need to go there today!
