I don’t know how I ended up here as there’s a couple of places closer to me. Anyways, the only service that I’ve gotten here is alterations. I’ve brought SO many pants and the size has always been consistent. At this point I just drop off and she does her thing because she has notes with my fitting. At one point I brought so many pants that I got a discount haha.

Very cute little place! Friendly lady sewed the seam back up on my pants right on the spot and charged a fair price. They do leather cleaning as well but expect to wait a few weeks to get it back as they have to ship it out.

I bought a new designer dress, wore it twice and brought it in to Paul's Cleaners to be dry-cleaned. When they returned it to me, the strap had ripped almost completely off. They attempted a hasty fix, and when I complained that the seam looked messy and didn't match the other one, they tried to tell me that someone else had ripped it previously and refused to give me my money back. I do not write bad reviews unless I have been so outrageously ripped off that they deserve it. Not only are they dishonest, they aren't very good tailors. I can sew a seam by hand better than the one they did with their machine.

I've been a client for 12 years. This is the second owner and I've only had great service. No problem with my clothes and they are great with rushes.
