Highlander Laundromat

MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD BEFORE On June 23, 2025 me and my husband US veteran were coming from west coast for business trip to Middleborough, Massachusetts and desided to do some laundry at Highlander Landromat at 8 pm to wash clothes. The worker, white blond woman was very rude, she even did not give couple minutes to take clothes from dryer because it was already 9. I asked her to give only couple minutes more to put my laundry away but she told to leave right away otherwise she gonna call the police on me and my husband retired US militaryveteran if we do not leave immediately, she was saying to us bad words and kicked us out with middle finger. I didn't see yet such kind of rudeness especially to my husband, US military veteran. The customer service in this place is UNACCEPTABLE. I think this employee was eather drunk or under drugs because she didn't care about what she said and to who she said. She was very disrespectful to us and I just wondering if management will take care about their employee's behavior to make sure they treat their customers properly

I don’t usually have a lot of interaction with the staff as I use the self serve washers and dryers but the little interaction I have has been quite pleasant. The facility is always clean and tidy. Prices seem reasonable. I have contemplated trying their wash and fold services - they seem to do a lot of business and the staff/customer interactions I have witnessed have been professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Been here 4 times due to a problem with my washing machine. I find the staff to be friendly and most of the time helpful, but, it's over priced and I have two $15.00 holds on my debit card that should have been released by now. I'm NOT happy about this at all. I'm not rich and can't afford to have $30.00 on hold. SHAME on management!! Because of this I cannot recommend this Laundromat.

Super clean. Great air conditioning. Went here twice while traveling in the area. Anita was incredibly helpful and friendly to me and to everyone who came in. It looks like a lot of people use their drop off service but I was there for a couple hours doing my laundry. Machines worked, dryers were hot. If I needed a local laundromat I would definitely go here.

The staff is very nice and helpful with what they've been trained on. I have a debit card without a chip and couldn't figure out how to load money on the laundry card using it. Also have to go by the cost of their cycles meaning you can't add just an extra 6 or 7 minutes to finish it off. You have to pay for a full price to cycle again
