I must admit that I have not been to a dry cleaners in years, but paying $83 to have one homecoming dress, two pairs of pants, and two suit jackets seems crazy! They charged $32 to dry clean my daughter’s dress (just a short stretchy material dress) that we paid about $50 for in the first place! The quality of work was fine and the quick turnaround was great, but I don’t think I will be back.

An old coat that hadn't been cleaned in YEARS, came back looking nearly new. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the friendliness of the vendor, heart warming. A pleasure to do business with .

I had an unfortunate experience at Dermody Cleaners when one of my shirts was burned during the cleaning process, completely ruining it. However, Tessa, an employee at the store, truly went above and beyond to make things right. She handled the situation with incredible professionalism and dedication, working tirelessly to resolve the issue and ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Tessa’s exceptional customer service and commitment to fixing the problem turned a negative experience into a positive one. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and highly recommend this dry cleaner, thanks to Tessa’s outstanding efforts!

No complaints about their work, usually fast and efficient with no issues. The rating is regarding their pricing only. However I just had 6 pieces of clothing (2 sweaters 4 pants) and it cost me $83.25. I checked pricing from previous transactions and their prices have more than doubled. I get increases occur in today's society however that's extreme. Unfortunately I'll have to go elsewhere because that's far too expensive for me going forward.

Dry cleaned and pressed my Army Service Uniform to perfection all for under 20 bucks! Will return for future services with all my uniforms.
