Dry Clean Super Store

I took a large order in recently and requested that starch be applied to the shirts and pants creased. The shirts did not have any starch the shirts more wrinkled than when they were dropped off. I have had them to redo some pieces because pants were either not creased and/or starched. I also gave them a comforter set which was expensive. The comforter was so wrinkled underneath when I received it. I hope to find another dry cleaner that will understand the needs of the customer.

After moving to this area, I thought I would try this place out despite some questionable reviews on Yelp and Google. I dropped off two blouses, one white polyester sleeveless shirt and one gray cotton button-down shirt. When I took them home after paying for both of the shirts, the white shirt looked fine but my gray shirt came with a big splash stain that covered the upper right front and back of the shirt that's never been there before. Before taking it into the cleaners, I literally just wore the shirt the day before for work and it had no visible stains. I took it back for a re-do and I called them afterwards to ask about whether or not the stain came out. The lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude to work with. She said she will give me a call back after asking her workers what happened to the shirt. I waited near their closing time and no one called me back. Therefore, I drove to store to find the parking lot empty with no customers inside. She said she didn’t get to calling me back, uh huh, sure. Then she said she wanted to treat my shirt once more, really insistent on cleaning it once more. She even said my shirt was already chemically treated with stuff i can’t remove at home on my own, and already in the machine. There was no way I was setting my foot in that store again with her dishonesty and poor customer service skills, so I refused to leave without my shirt. She dug out my shirt from the hamper behind the register treated with this mystery chemical and gave it back. It's a simple gray cotton button down shirt with zero stains to start with. They left a splash stain AND still charged me for the subpar service! Their overall cocky attitude, poor communication, and dishonesty are unacceptable and I hope no one else has to experience what I experienced at this establishment

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst possible attitude of the attended. Past that, she won't even tell me the options I got for my dress shirt starch level (hard/medium/low). She said, " You get what you get". Literally!! Have been meaning to write this for a while. I gave the benefit of doubt that may be she is having a bad day. Few days later, when I later came to pick up my shirt, she behaved even worse. Now all my dress shirts smell bad and I paid for that. Obviously never going back and would suggest everyone to not go as well. Pay a few $$ more somewhere else, but don't put up with this.

Cannot recommend the services they provide enough! Highly recommend! Great pricing and excellent customer service!
