Town 'n Country Cleaners

I dropped 2 pairs of dress pants off for a professional hem stitch , thinking it would be just a day or two at most. After ALMOST A WEEK of not being able to wear the pants because that's how long it took I finally was able to pick up the pants. At 25 dollars they did a stitch that was worse than the one I had on there when I dropped them off!!! The reason why I needed them done is because I didnt have time because I was working last week and was willing to wait a little longer for a professional stitch on my professional dress pants. Stitching on dress pants should be blind and it just takes a little longer to set up than I had time for on my sewing machine last week. Now I have to undo the stitching that they did which is WORSE than what I had done when I dropped them off and do the correct stitch. But I'm out 25 dollars and out a whole week where I couldn't wear them. The owner REFUSES to give us a refund. He says he has to see the pants but will not stop by to look at them. Then changed his tune and said he might not give a refund after all. I WILL never go here again and not only that I will recommend to everyone they not go there. The owner says he cannot refund until he sees the item. Here it is. Plain to see.

They cleaned & pressed my vintage 1985 prom gown and it looked brand new. I had a dress emergency caused by another dry cleaner business who refused to take responsibility. Alfred greeted me with a big smile, had the stain out within 10 minutes, and didn't charge me. From now on, I'll drive the extra distance and give Town 'n Country cleaners all my business. Thank you again, Alfred! That was my birthday dress you saved.

We gave them 2 shirts. When we returned to pick them up they were attached to each other and that made a hole in one of the shirt. When we went back to them they didn't care. He tried to fix and made it even worse. So unprofessional and poor customer service.

Great place to get your dry cleaning done it's been in town since I was a kid and I'm 36 so it's been around for a while. The people that work there are awesome and I got my shirt done same day, fast service very reliable!

I have been using Town and Country for clean and press of work attire for over 5 years now. Harish and the employees at Town and Country are professional and communicative. They always deliver on time and do fantastic job for a fair price. If I need something quick I can have it back in a day. If not I let him know and they're typically completed the next business day. If there are stains they let me know that they need more time and if I'm not satisfied with something they've always addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone.
