Always a great experience. I've had my clothes dry cleaned and altered, both services were great. Most recently I had a formal dress altered and a boys tuxedo altered. The owner had a fitting room where we could try on the clothes and she could pin the clothes. Both garments were dropped off a month before my event, and she was able to get it to me on time. Alterations vs. Just getting a pair of pants hemmed are a costly service anywhere you go, so ignore any comments about price. I think the prices are very fair for the quality of work provided.
