Just wanted to share, I have been using this business for years, dropping off miscellaneous dry cleaning items, and they have always done a good job! But I recently dropped off 8 curtains to be cleaned and pressed. When I picked them up, I barely recognized them! They did such an amazing job of transforming my somewhat mediocre curtains into something much more luxurious to look at! Thank you Willa Cleaners!!

They will “donate” your clothes. I forgot about a skirt I dropped off for zipper repair until the next time I can by for a new dry clean drop off. When I tried to pick up my $150+ skirt I was told I waited too long so it was “donated” I asked for the donation location hoping I could get my skirt back. That’s when I found out they really just throw them away. No phone call, no email, nothing. The business responded that I dropped off in December of 24, as a defense to why my skirt is now gone with no call or email to remind me to pick it up nor mentioning it other times I came in to pick up orders.

Everything was going well, the person at the cash register was being very nice until I asked more info about their services and she called the owner in, absolutely condescending rude careless man; the care tags of my delicate designer items clearly inform: “dry clean only” and “no tumble dry,” yet he kept insisting these items were washable regular. When I reminded him about the care tags, he just shut me down by telling me that dry cleaning was chemicals and when you go to the doctor you don’t tell them what to do, first off sir you can’t compared running a washing machine with being a doctor and more importantly thank God you ain’t a doctor and only wash clothes for a living since you are deficient at following care instructions. He just wouldn’t do the dry cleaning for me, even though that’s what I wanted and was going to pay their prices for, he only wanted to do regular wash, his way or the highway and since that would have destroyed my items took my stuff and left. If that wasn’t enough, since they advertise shoe services as well, on a previous occasion I took some boots to get them professionally cleaned but he got all offended and was extremely rude. Never going to this place again, worst of it all, the place across the street in the other plaza it’s also owned by them!!!

We took our wedding gowns to this place after the wedding. When we went to pick them up, the bottom of the bride's dress was still dirty. The woman there, was extremely rude about it! Firstly she didn't address it at all. In my opinion, if for whatever reason a job cannot be done perfectly, the least you can do is give the client a call, or talk to them when they pick up the clothes and let them know. Secondly, you should apologize in the name of the store and maybe offer some discount. She didn't even come closer to check the dress and see what I was talking about. She repeated once and again that "the owner is a good worker and that there are stains that just won't go away". Which I might understand, but what I can't understand is the way she was talking to me. She was short, rude and agresive and she wouldn't calm down until I cut her off; and that for me is unacceptable! Finally she agreed to discount 10 percent, but nothing will change the way she treated us. Definitely it's a place that I can't recommend: the clothes are still dirty and the workers are disrespectful.

Clothes are always ready when promised and beautifully cleaned. They do not stick safety pins through the clothing tags like some cleaners do. I hated other cleaners who did that. It would shred the tags.
