Green earth natural cleaners

Love bringing my clothes here. Seamstress does excellent work, but it is a little difficult to work with her availability. Prices are a little higher than chemical cleaners, which is expected. Quality is excellent and my clothes always smell good afterward.

Please do not bring designer clothing here, it will get damaged!!! I hate writing bad reviews, but the experience that I’ve had with Green Earth Cleaners has been terrible. On my first occasion, I asked them if they were able to dry clean my Armani Leather Jacket. They said yes. Apparently they didn’t read the care instructions and when I received it, the left zipper was damaged and I had several cuff marks on the jacket. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided that the rest of my wardrobe should be safe, despite the fact that this was a brand new work jacket that goes for $1000. Two days ago, I had my Armani zip up dress dry cleaned for the fourth time. When I received it, I saw that the belt loop had been damaged. Not only did they not disclose this, but they tried to hide it when giving back my wardrobe. I saw it while inspecting and asked if I could talk with the owner since this was the second time that I’ve had a damaged item. The following day, she calls me, extremely upset and screaming “You are the only customer that this has happened too” and “Oh I guess you are too good for us” and “I doubt that your wardrobe is that expensive”, etc none of it leading to a productive solution. Just straight condescending attitude on her part. She blamed the quality on my dress, but another employee of hers said that it got caught on the machine. Also, there are 120 of us with the same dress on my work team, none of them have had this issue except for me. She offered a “full” refund after all the screaming, but really, I only received a partial refund of $44 for the entire cleaning. For a $700 dress. And a $1000 jacket that got damaged. She also had an employee try to repair the loop, but it doesn’t even look close to how it looked before (with threads hanging out regardless and with a completely different material). I will now have to pay money out of my own pocket to repair the damage.

As a first-timer, I was truly impressed by the excellent service and the quick turnaround for my blazers and suits! They make everything so convenient with the drive-thru and 24-hour drop-off options. I'll definitely be coming back!
