This dry cleaning service is a five star plus!! From the friendly employee at the counter at drop off to help with putting my items in the car at pickup. We had my daughter’s wedding dress steamed and couldn’t be more pleased. They did a fantastic job with it and did it in a very timely manner. You can always count on your items being treated with care and cared for as they are their own. It is hard to find top notch customer service like this anymore. Took my wedding dress here to get the dirt and mud cleaned out of the hem/bustle line to wear it again for my reception. Everyone was nice but I was disappointed when I picked it up. They charged me the full $275 for the cleaning and didn't offer to show it to me out of the bag when I picked it up. I then asked to see it in store. It looked better but still had a giant stain across the train. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Wish they would have been up front at pickup about the remaining stains, what they did to the dress and why they didn't want to proceed, and maybe provide a discount if it's not truly clean. Providing some stars due to the fact that they were polite and told me up front they may not be able to get all the stains.
