This is a greedy business. I’ve used them for a few weeks and they’ve consistently forgotten to add on my student discount, and on multiple occasions have almost doubled the cost of my dry cleaning and when I’ve confronted them about it, they said “wow I’m not sure why it’s that expensive.” The manager claims that I was the first ever person to get a refund although I find that hard to believe considering they doubled my bill for to no reason “accidentally.” if I truly was the first person to ever ask for a refund or even a cost adjustment then it must be because people are too nervous to confront this greedy man. As I was just now overcharged because they conveniently forgot my discount again instead of adjusting or offering any sort of compensation, they said “we will get it next time.” but there will be no next time because I’m done giving my money to this greedy greedy establishment. I was glad to support a local business, especially being a student on campus, but I can’t in my right mind. Continue to support this business as I’m consistently ripped off.

I am a regular customer. I’ve spent almost 300-400 in the first couple months of using them. Was excited to support local business and they did a decent job. Inside does occasionally smell of smoke. But overall had good customer service until I took in suede shoes and they came back a little more ruined. The boss’ words - “Yeah 9x out of 10, stains don’t remove.” Which was not disclosed on paper or in words. I kindly asked for at least half my $ back and was dismissed. Back on the search for a new dry cleaning business - one that is honest up front and has better customer service. Sad to leave this review but hopefully this prevents someone else from wasting their $. Update: They refunded me my $ after investigating this issue. I really appreciate this and considering coming back again.

It was $44.52 to get my queen size comforter washed. It came back nice and white and they even put it in a clear plastic bag with handles for me! They were very nice. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and picked it up on Thursday so it took four business days.

They cleaned a winter dry clean only coat for me and did a great job very nice people who work there too

People in the store were very nice and kind. I also got my shirts dry cleaned and they did a great job. The light starch selection was a little less than what I like so I went with medium starch and am very happy. I also got a rip in my brand new puffer polo coat and the took it and sent it off to get repaired and said it would take 1-2 weeks which is pretty average for alteration in my experience. Haven't gotten the coat back yet but I'm sure the quality of the repair will be great.
