Hart's Drycleaning and Laundry

I have used Harts for close to 40 years. I've always had great service and with a reasonable time for the service and reasonable price too. I've had suits cleaned, wool sweaters cleaned and shirts ironed. Never have I had a single issue with the services. Thanks for being reliable Hart's.

I took my winter coat to Hart's last year in September 2023. We had a mild Fall and Indian summer so I stored my coat upon receipt. When I needed to use it in January 2024 I discovered that the snaps on my coat had been destroyed by the dry cleaning process and no one told me. When I brought the coat back the man in charge asked me why I waited so long to bring it back and how old was my coat and that it looks like I needed a new coat instead of reimbursing me for the damage. They took my information and upon contacting them twice I have received absolutely nothing. No money back, nothing! I had been a good customer of this establishment for years. Why the harsh treatment?

Do not trust Hart with your important items. They ruined a 200 dollar signed Bengals jersey. Ruined it with not taking proper care or following instructions!

Very disappointed...From Customer service to Quality of service...Felt rushed from dropping my items off to picking them up..I periodically been doing business with Harts for over 20 years...I pointed out a few concerns during drop off and during pickup and I was abruptly rushed out of the establishment without even considering my concern...Not to mention I've cleaned Rugs for Harts...Very unpleasant Customer service ...Will Not do business here again...Jessamine Cleaners Here I come...

Oh my goodness! What a fabulous business! I didn’t pay attention to the fact that this location was not open on Saturdays when I dropped off a dress for my daughter. So when she went to pick up it was closed! She needed her dress for an event this weekend. I called an open location and the gal there contacted her manage Michael and he went out of his way during his own very busy weekend to make sure she had her dress!!! Thank you Michael and Hart’s Dry Cleaning and Laundry for making sure my girl had what she needed! You put the caring touch back in business and it will alway be so appreciated! I will share with all my Lexington friends … Hart’ Dry Cleaning and Laundry is the absolute best!!
