Sauders Dry Cleaners and Laundromat

I was impressed with this business. It was very clean, which truly appreciate:) For the first,I came with at least 10 loads of laundry . Vicki was so helpful on how to manage and use the machines efficiently . What a gem !!

I had never been in a laundromat and I had some questions. I called and left a message and Andrew returned my call immediately. Is it BYOD (bring your own detergent)? Yes! There are also various brands available there to purchase. What's the method of payment? Tokens. He explained the various machines available, cost, and explained how efficient the machines are, and we even discussed dirt extraction lol. If you love laundry like I do, take your stuff to Sauders!

This is my first time at Saunders cleaners, $7 for front loaders that claimed to hold 3 loads, It fits one. Their machines are outdated, extremely expensive and their wash cycle is 15 minutes… How do you wash clothes in 15 minutes? Half of their equipment is out of service and the one that claim to be working, Took my change, didn’t function. There’s no one here to look after the customers on a busy Saturday afternoon or to reimburse customers for for their faulty machines. My dryer went down at home so I came here to catch up on my laundry, I have spent over $100 and my Clothes are still in the dryer, looking to be fed with more tokens. First and last time here, extremely disappointed.. Response: you are the one making false claims. Within walking 10 feet into your store you had four washers down and two dryers… I didn’t walk around your store taking inventory of how many were functional. Also your Front change machine didn’t work. When I started the machines, it stated 15 minutes, the average wash time for a commercial machine is 30 to 40 minutes…my review stands as accurate. Instead of calling customers liars, you just need to do better…

Dear Saunders team, this is not an over filled wash, it was removed and displayed to show the picture of the after-wash. Also, this is the second machine I tried washing my clothes after successfully loosing one full wash worth of coins to another machine which surprisingly did not start. Every Time I come here someone is cleaning which is really good and the machines are so quick !! 2 entrances were convenient when they were making the parking lot nicer ! They also sell boxes of bounce tide etc, the laundry bag was my favorite because the ones I brought were dirty, and the size of these are big. Awesome !!
