Littleover Launderette & Dry Cleaners

We haven’t been in any laundrette for decades! The two men were extremely helpful and welcoming. They made it very easy for us to wash our bedspread today. Polite, friendly and professional. We are leaving with a lovely, clean cover. Many thanks. Highly recommend this place.

The stain on my suit was less than 24 hours when I brought it the shop to be laundered next week. On their website, it says a 2 piece suit is £13. I was charged £15. I thought the website just needed updating but the tag on my suit when I collected it today says its £13. So Im not sure what the £2 extra charge is for. The pricing is obviously inconsistent. When I collected the suit this afternoon, the staff had trouble finding it as they lost the receipt ( which im assuming wast meant to be pinned to my garment). They also did not give me back the hangers (both for the jacket and trouser) that i brought it in with instead was replaced with a flimsy make shift hanger. The guys said that its not their fault as they dont do on site and that it should be okay as "they are just hangers" and that the hangers are just very cheap. Hangers specifically for suits are important as they retain the shape and look of the garment especially during storage. In Amazon alone, hangers specifically for suit cost around £7 (thats just for the jacket) and in my opinion, thats not cheap just for hangers. They said they will look into it and contact me if they find it. Really though, if they do find it, it such an inconvenience for me to pick it up with and I doubt they know what the hangers look like in the first place. They also looked very dismissive when I asked about the hangers. The jacket wasn't cleaned properly too as I can still see some silhouettes of the stain. The trousers were fine.

What a place, perfect destination to get my clothes cleaned and dried. The service is absolutely ten out of ten, from a very well mannered and supportive team to excellent well cleaned facilities. I must say the speed at which my clothes were ready for collection it had me amazed. Would definitely reccomend if you wish for your clothes cleaned quick and efficiently

They greeted me with a smile and were happy to answer my questions about the different wash cycles and pricing options. They even offered me a detergent recommendation when I mentioned I was trying out a new brand. It’s clear they take pride in their customer service. Very good experience, first time going here with my clothes and I have to say I will be a regular. The staff were lovely and their services were incredible they had every cleaning product you could think of along with top class machinery. Would highly recommend to others and will be visiting again 100%.
