I started using the stag launderette when my washing machine broke down, in 2 hours I did an entire weeks wash, great friendly staff. I tend to use more in bad weather as can't dry outside

Took a double duvet to be washed today. Man greeted me on arrival was pleasant and helpful as he could see I was unsure what to do. Left it there and popped back an hour later all done. Would definitely wash duvet again came out lovely fresh and clean. Thank you 😊

Took my king size hotel summer duvet. The label didn’t recommend dry cleaning so I left with the gentleman for a service wash. I was fearful of the result, but I had no need. Perfect!! Thank you and will be back for my winter one to be done. Well worth the money.

Brought 2 football kits and both times all shrunk, do not use under any circumstances. Will not take any responsibility and extremely rude putting the blame on the customer! You pay for someone to know their profession which should be done to a high standard. You wouldn’t accept this in any other line of work.
