Sheffield Dry Cleaning - Woodseats

I used these a couple of times and I recently got a few loads of laundry picked up to be washed because my washers broke anyway they come back smelling damp like they dried fusty and I called and told them this and they took no ownership. She’s like oh that’s unusual. Definitely never using these again. I’ve had to get them all re-washed nearly 40 quid. it’s disappointing that they don’t take any ownership.

We took 10 pillows and 4 duvets too be cleaned here. The staff were extremely helpful in advising and fitting in with our time scale with quite a big order. Everything was ready on time and suitably packaged ready for collection. Would recommend and we would use them again even though they are some distance from where we live.

I placed an order which was supposed to collected yesterday between 1 and 6pm but no one turned up or contacted me so I rang and sent a message. It’s now the next morning and still nothing. Unfortunately I'm not the kind of person who cares about stupid things like this but my mother dose...as I can see you must be regretting it as you will not accept our calls. Extremely helpful providing a good service at a fair price, did a significant amount of Laundry for us same day with no prior notice, no problem. Will definitely use again!

I've used them quite a few times and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone, great customer service, very friendly. They collect my bag of washing and deliver it back washed and folded the next day and the price is very good.
