Used for laundry whilst waiting on plumbing work and a new washing machine. Polite & friendly woman running it and good service, everything came back folded and well cared for in good time.

Took 2 highly embroidered dresses for dry cleaning. I was told I would get a call which I got the next day to see if I was happy with the cost. All good smooth transaction would use again

This place has been so useful for me, my clothes always smell so clean and fresh + nicely folded. But now that the price has gone up to £15 for a wash and dry (with student discount) I’m just not going to be able to afford it anymore 😭

Took a memory foam sleep pillow in for cleaning, came back with a permanent ridge in it - I guess it had been folded in some way. Can’t use it anymore. Pillow cost £30, but they only offered a £5 discount on a much larger cleaning bill and zero apologies. Won’t go back given that level of care or service.
