Sparks Laundry & Dry Cleaning

I brought a pair of dry clean only curtains on Weds 25 June with a small blood stain on them to be told by the staff that dry cleaning won't get the blood stain out and there was nothing that could be done. Staff rude and about as unhelpful as they can be. I went home and rang 3 other local dry cleaners who all said that they could use stain remover and the dry clean would remove the stain. Took them into the Nether Edge dry cleaners and as promised, it worked a treat with stain removal, and worked a treat. I won't be using Sparks again as looks like staff just have "attitude" and aren't bothered about doing anything for the customer, while they fold their arms and eat their lunch telling you what they can't do.

Im newbie to using a laundrette self service. The staff here were fantastic, very patient and cheerfully helped me every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Have used this place to get winter coats and blazers cleaned a few times and my items are always ready and perfect every time I pick them up. I've had absolutely no issues here.

Nice staff! You can take here not only your clothes but also big duvets. They will help you to get everything sorted out... You can buy here detergent, softener and bags... Recommended!

I always feel welcomed, staff are amazing, always helpful, I pay for parking set an alarm and go for a walk around the shops, I was late back once, and they put my clothes in the dryer for me, but warning don’t be late back 😂 highly recommended
