Westend Dry Cleaners

I put a couple of duvets through for cleaning, their turn around time was pretty quick and the price I thought was reasonable. The only downside is lack of card payments but honestly, is it that hard to get a bit of cash out? Lovely ladies in there too.

They agreed a price by phone for curtain cleaning but then charged me considerably more than agreed. Their sign says one price and then they say that that is the price per kilo, which is not stated in writing or on the phone. Separately, they charged me for a specialist rug cleaning service but then lied about sending the rug to the specialists and instead did a terrible job of cleaning the rug themselves. They don't accept cards or give receipts, which is very dodgy. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place, although I did receive a refund for the rug that hadn't been cleaned.

Gave them some shirts to iron and each and every one of them was ironed perfectly! Really good job. However, I took 3 stars off because they don't take cards! This is 2019 for goodness sake! I guess it's easier to cheat HMRC when only accepting cash! Ridiculous. Will not be back.

First Class Service , the team simply could not be more helpful or accommodating . I have used them for years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough ! I recently moved out of the area and I still travel to take my ironing here !! Elaine

Great service and very friendly and helpful people. I gave them very short notice for some urgent dry cleaning and they were great with accommodating me. Definitely recommend.
